Fabio Malavazzi, Brookmotion founder, started out on television business 20 years ago as a sports broadcaster announcing the NBA games to his home-country, Brazil, for TNT Latin America. Prior to that he was a pro basketball player in his homeland, when he learned that is no shortcut to success, only hard-work and dedication. Throughout the years working with major companies as Turner Network and ESPN, organically he got involved on the production side of the business. His work as a producer and editor has been shown countless times around the world and recently was honored with four National Telly awards.
